1. Taraflar / Parties

Türkçe: Bu Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi (“Sözleşme”), Kundu For You Travel (“Şirket”) ile web sitesini ziyaret eden veya hizmetlerinden yararlanan kullanıcı (“Kullanıcı”) arasında düzenlenmiştir.
English: This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Kundu For You Travel (“Company”) and the user (“User”) who visits or uses the website and its services.

2. Kabul ve Yürürlük / Acceptance and Validity

TR: Kullanıcı, siteye girmek ve hizmetleri kullanmakla birlikte bu sözleşmenin tüm hükümlerini kabul etmiş sayılır.
EN: By accessing the site and using the services, the User is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

3. Hizmetler / Services

TR: Şirket, tur, transfer, otel rezervasyonu, araç kiralama ve benzeri seyahat hizmetleri sunar.
EN: The Company provides travel services such as tours, transfers, hotel bookings, car rentals, and related services.

4. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri / User Obligations

• TR:

  • Doğru ve güncel bilgi vermek,

  • Hizmetleri yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmak,

  • Başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemek,

  • Siteye zarar verecek faaliyetlerden kaçınmak.

• EN:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information,

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes,

  • Not violate the rights of others,

  • Refrain from activities that may harm the website.

5. Rezervasyon ve Ödeme / Booking and Payment

TR: Rezervasyon, kullanıcının bilgilerini doldurması ve ödeme yapması ile kesinleşir. Ödeme yöntemleri ve iade politikaları ayrı sözleşmelerde belirtilmiştir.
EN: Bookings are confirmed upon completion of user details and payment. Payment methods and refund policies are specified in separate agreements.

6. İptal ve İade / Cancellation and Refund

TR: İptal ve iade koşulları, tur/otel satış sözleşmesinde belirtilen esaslara tabidir.
EN: Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the terms set forth in the travel/hotel sales contract.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet / Intellectual Property

TR: Sitedeki tüm içerikler (logo, metin, görsel, yazılım vb.) Şirket’e aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz veya kullanılamaz.
EN: All content on the site (logo, text, visuals, software, etc.) belongs to the Company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Kişisel Veriler / Personal Data

TR: Kullanıcı bilgileri, KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında gizli tutulur ve yalnızca hizmet sağlama amacıyla işlenir. Ayrıntılar “Gizlilik Politikası” ve “KVKK Aydınlatma Metni”nde açıklanır.
EN: User data is kept confidential under KVKK and GDPR and processed only for service provision. Details are provided in the “Privacy Policy” and “Data Protection Notice.”

9. Sorumluluk Reddi / Disclaimer

TR: Şirket, üçüncü taraf sağlayıcıların (otel, transfer, tur operatörü) hizmetlerinden kaynaklanan aksaklıklardan sınırlı sorumludur. Mücbir sebeplerden doğan sorunlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
EN: The Company is not liable for failures arising from third-party providers (hotels, transfers, tour operators). No liability is accepted for issues caused by force majeure.

10. Değişiklik Hakkı / Right to Amend

TR: Şirket, bu sözleşmede değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Güncel metin her zaman web sitesinde yayımlanır.
EN: The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The latest version will always be published on the website.

11. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

TR: İşbu sözleşmeden doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda Antalya Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
EN: Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

12. Yürürlük / Validity

TR: Kullanıcı, siteyi kullanarak bu sözleşmenin tüm hükümlerini okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
EN: By using the site, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
